We created Sweet Dreams Ministry Outreach to help families in violent situations. They need to know they are not alone and there is help and HOPE.

There are many types of abuse, it's not always physical. Does your partner call you names, make you feel worthless, withhold money or transportation, keep you from friends and family? These are all forms of abuse. Whether it's words, actions, or fists, no one deserves that kind of pain. You are worth it, you do deserve better!!

This page is here to provide support, help, encouragement, and God's love to women, children, and families in violent situations.  Please feel free to share your story and other words of encouragement.

We are working on fundraising activities and more information to work toward our ultimate goal of having a shelter to support domestic violence victims here in Dunn.  We are still collecting donations for women, children and families fleeing from violent situations and trying to start over.  These donations can be anything from clothes to food to toiletries to furniture….  pretty much anything you can think of that someone would need to “start over” and begin a new life free from the pain and sufferings they once had to endure.   Donations can be dropped off at Inspirational Grounds and Sweet Dreams Bakery located  at 1921 West Cumberland St. here in Dunn.  Thank you to all those who have donated already and continue to donate items. 

Sweet Dreams Ministry Crosses are  available at Inspirational Grounds and Sweet Dreams Bakery to help support Sweet Dreams Ministry Outreach. We will be glad to share more about this ministry and we are looking for opportunities in area churches and other groups to share more information with others.  If you can help in allowing us the opportunity to spread the word, just let us know. Many thanks to our brother in Christ Mr. Perry Lewis and his family for helping make these crosses available.
